New Hampton Technologies, Developers Of The Roadlok MID, Partners With Abloy Security, Inc. To Provide Ultra-High Security Locks For Motorcyclists
New Hampton Technologies, a cutting-edge motorcycle security device manufacturer based in New York, announced today their partnership with lock manufacturer Abloy Security, Inc. of Irving, Texas in an effort to provide motorcycle owners with a new level of ultra-high security locks for their bikes.

New Hampton Technologies, a cutting-edge motorcycle security device manufacturer based in New York, announced today their partnership with lock manufacturer Abloy Security, Inc. of Irving, Texas in an effort to provide motorcycle owners with a new level of ultra-high security locks for their bikes. New Hampton Technologies is the developer of the RoadLoK MID, the world’s only model-specific motorcycle immobilization device. The RoadLoK MID Development Team selected ABLOY® lock cylinders as they are the highest level of security available on the market.
Constructed of A356/T61 hardened aluminum, 17-4PH stainless steel, and titanium, the RoadLoK MID provides bikers with a new level of protection for their motorcycles. Each RoadLoK MID is outfitted with an ABLOY lock cylinder, making it virtually pickproof, and unlike typical disc locks, the RoadLoK MID is mounted directly to the motorcycle’s frame completely eliminating movement while locked.
Additionally, the rider only has to carry the BrakeBolt™ locking pin while riding, as opposed to a bulky disc lock. “Upon extensive research of lock cylinders, we decided to use an ABLOY lock cylinder due to their worldwide reputation of high quality and their rich history within the lock industry. The ABLOY® EXEC lock cylinder used in this project provides for the highest level of patented key control available, since keys are not available for duplication on a retail basis. The lock is highly resistant to surreptitious entry attempts, and is designed with case hardened steel materials to further prevent physical attack. The inner cylinder component design is highly resistant to harsh environmental conditions such as dirt, sand, freezing and corrosion.
