SUZUKI'S K1CKSTART PROGRAMME FOR JUNIOR RIDERS

Suzuki has injected a huge dose of fun into the off-road market with the introduction of a junior motorcycle range - the Suzuki JR50 and JR80.

The new JR50 and JR80 have been created to introduce young children to the exciting world of off-road motorcycling. Both the 49cc JR50 and the larger 79cc JR80 are easy to ride, require minimal maintenance and offer a broad, gentle power-band to inspire wannabe mini racers of the future.

The user-friendly Suzuki JR50 features an automatic clutch, single speed transmission and two-stage speed control to help children get used to handling a motorcycle without having to worry about changing gears.

Every feature on the JR50 has been carefully moulded with youngsters in mind right down to the adjustable seat height and throttle limiter so even the smallest of beginners can learn to ride off-road.

Suzuki's JR80 is as user-friendly as its smaller stable-mate but has a host of features common to adult-size off-road machines to boost the young enthusiast through to the next level.

A 2-stroke engine with a broad power-band and slick-shifting 5-speed manual transmission inspires rider confidence and a slim, lightweight design and low seat height of 685mm allows the rider to learn the fundamentals of manoeuvring and balance. An added bonus for the time-starved mechanic (parent) is that both machines are equipped with the Suzuki CCI system which automatically mixes the oil and fuel, providing hassle-free and efficient lubrication.

The JR50 carries a recommended retail price of £899 and the JR80 £1,299. Both are now available from Suzuki's network of over 100 dedicated LT/Junior Fun authorised dealers.

Further information is available on www.suzuki.co.uk or via the off-road information hotline, 01273 516111.
