PRIDE OF SUZUKI GOES ON SHOW

International Motor Cycle & Scooter Show, NEC, Birmingham, 14 - 23 November 2004

Suzuki returns to Birmingham's NEC for what promises to be the biggest and most popular ten-day International Motor Cycle and Scooter Show to date. Tens of thousands of motorcycle enthusiasts are already on a fast track into the Show's action-packed seven halls, with "queue-avoiding" advance ticket sales on target for a record attendance.

For 2004, Suzuki stays at the forefront of technological innovation unveiling six all-new and fully up-rated models to this year's show visitors, creating new markets and expanding on its already comprehensive range of motorcycles and scooters.

Since Suzuki introduced the race-replica genre with the original GSX-R750 model in 1985, the expanding GSX-R range of machines has repeatedly set new standards of handling and engine performance. Both the Suzuki GSX-R600 and GSX-R750 have evolved into class-leading packages and the new top-performing versions of these famous models line up on the Suzuki
stand alongside the multi-award and class-winning GSX-R1000 to form a formidable family unit.

Recently tested to great acclaim by Europe's leading motorcycle media, the all-new DL650 V-Strom sees Suzuki introducing yet another new market sector. This new middleweight sport enduro-tourer joins the full refreshed and fully-faired sporty GS500F commuter, the
American-inspired, large, luxurious Marauder 1600 cruiser and the innovative Burgman 650 Executive superscooter with antilock braking system (ABS) on the Suzuki stand.

On the racing front, the Suzuki GSX-R has enjoyed unrivalled success in many disciplines around the world and an award-winning cast of "real" race machines will be available for fans to admire and view on the Suzuki stand in hall 18 throughout the duration of the Show.

The International Motorcycle & Scooter Show opens to the public at 9.00am on Friday 14 November with Preview Day - a premium priced day for visitors wishing to avoid the crowds.

Further information on the Suzuki range is available on www.suzuki.co.uk
