APRILIA AND THE FANTASTIC FOUR PROMOTION - Chance to win a SR 50 R, SR 50 R Factory, Sonic 50 or the Mojito Custom 50

Aprilia has teamed up with legendary Twentieth Century Fox to create a two-tier promotion linked to the DVD launch of the movie ‘Fantastic Four’. The movie was number one in Europe and a big box office success, so the home entertainment version is expected to be just as popular.
Inside every DVD sold in the UK over the next six months, is a competition to win one of the ‘Fantastic Four’ Aprilia scooters. Entrants tick which model they want to win, choosing from the SR 50 R, SR 50 R Factory, Sonic 50 and the Mojito Custom 50. The entry form also includes some canny market research, asking “I want to win this Aprilia scooter because … “ Closing date for receipt of entries is 31 July 2006, so there is plenty of time to respond.
To support DVD sales, estimated to be over 1.5 million, and to drive traffic through Aprilia scooter dealerships across the UK, ‘Fantastic Four’ POS is displayed in Aprilia scooter showrooms. Window displays, using posters of the DVD pack shot and a display of the scooters included in the competition offer, should also help catch the public’s attention.
A second chance to win is also promoted in the window displays, inviting you to go inside and collect a competition entry form to win a Trip for Two to New York. No purchase is necessary, you just fill in the form and hand it in and you could be jetting off to the Big Apple in 2006.
With 50 runner up prizes of the ‘Fantastic Four’ DVD and a closing date of
31 March 2006 for the dealer based competition, runners up will also have the chance to enter the scooter competition found in the DVD box.
‘Fantastic Four’ is an action/adventure movie that has something for the whole family, just like an Aprilia scooter – every home should have one.
